Police uncovered 110 cartons of illegal smokes after a traffic stop on the 401. OPP officers stopped the mini-van in the westbound lanes of the 401 in Lakeshore yesterday afternoon. Police seized the tobacco along with a quantity of cash, and the mini-van...which has been turned over to the Windsor RCMP. Three Windsor men were charged with possession of unstamped tobacco. | |
