Windsor police are now appealing to the public after an attempted purse snatching on a woman, who's 7-months pregnant.

Investigators say they're looking for two white men, in their 20's, one riding a chopper style bicycle, the other a classic style bike. Police say the woman was walking to her car in the Central Mall parking lot on Tecumseh Rd., just after 6 last night. One bike passed by her closely, and seconds later, a second man passed by on a bike, grabbing the purse. The force pulled the 27-year old woman to her knees, but she managed to hang on to the purse. The suspects fled northbound on Central Ave. The victim was shaken up and sustained some cuts and bruises to both knees, but didn't require any medical attention. Investigators say they have no witnesses and are asking anyone who may have seen anything to come forward.
