A 48 lot subdivision in Kingsville have gotten the go ahead from town council. It'll be built at the end of Prince Albert Street next to the former Kingsville landfill site. Council granted the developer a three year extension on the agreement, giving him time to wait for the market to improve before starting construction. Part of the agreement was to link Palmer Drive to Prince Albert Street, linking Prince Albert with Division Road. | |
