Leamington Police and the OPP have confirmed the two people who live in a home on Worchester Avenue were indeed the ones found dead at the home Sunday. 71-year old Mohssen Tannous, known by his neighbours as Max was found deceased in the driveway of the home. A hearing is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon about whether or not to reinstate the surgical privileges of Doctor Barbara Heartwell. The doctor is accused of performing an unnecessary mastectomy last November. A 48 lot subdivision in Kingsville have gotten the go ahead from town council. It'll be built at the end of Prince Albert Street next to the former Kingsville landfill site. Leamington Municipal Councilors are extending their funding agreement for the transfer of Federal Gas Tax revenue. In order to receive its share of the revenues, which was over 880 thousand in 2009 Leamington had to enter into an agreement with the Association of Municipalities of Ontario.
