Windsor Regional Hospital says cancer patients have the right to refuse a surgeon but doing so will likely result in a delay. Dr. Shael Liebman is a Surgeon at Windsor Regional and says patients do have the right to choose, but it could mean more of a wait. Fundraisers in Windsor and Calgary have raised more than 85-thousand dollars to help Frank Chauvin rebuild his orphanage in Haiti. With the money... Chauvin says building a new building will take less time. 45-thousand dollars was raised in Windsor while 40-thousand was raised in Calgary this week.
